• Custom or personalised items (including engraved pieces or those with chosen pearl colours) are made to order and are non-refundable unless faulty.

• Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change without notice.

Games & Mystery Drawers

We offer exclusive game-style products (such as Mystery Drawers) as part of our shopping experience. Here’s how they work:​

• You will always receive a product worth at least the price you paid — often more.

• Prizes may include jewellery, discount vouchers, or exclusive items not sold individually.

• You cannot request a specific item — it’s a surprise!

• Mystery Drawers are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
