However, if for any reason you change your mind, you’re welcome to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund:

Your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Please note:Personalised or custom pieces (including those with initials, pearl colours, or specific design requests) are non-refundable unless faulty. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the item. We recommend using a tracked service when returning items, as we are not liable for returns lost in the post.
